Privacy Policy
This overview explains how your agreement with CarsCodeX operates in practice: registration consent, handling of personal and benchmark-related data, controls available inside the product, and account closure. If you are signed in, open Profile → Settings → Legal & privacy to review your consent record and privacy controls.
Privacy Policy summary
CarsCodeX processes account data (email, username, profile and business fields), vehicle and service records you submit, token and payment metadata, and technical logs needed to operate the service. We use Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Stripe for payments, and—when you opt in via cookie preferences—anonymous analytics to improve performance.
You can review and update profile fields in the product, export data where your plan allows, and close your account when you no longer wish to use the service. Community benchmark records you published remain as filed so comparisons stay reliable; see the Terms summary for retention after closure.
For questions or to exercise privacy rights in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, contact us through Send feedback before escalating to your supervisory authority.
Your rights in practice
Access and review
Review the categories of data we hold through your profile and other account screens in the product. Use built-in export tools where available (including structured export for eligible business accounts). For other access questions, contact us through Send feedback.
Correct through the product
Update any fields the application permits you to edit. Published community price records remain as filed so benchmarks stay comparable—submit a new record when the underlying facts change.
Exit the service and escalate if needed
Closing your account is the primary way to end ongoing processing tied to that login. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; we ask that you contact us through Send feedback first so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
